What to include
- Your device model.
- Your iOS or Android version.
- The app version or TestFlight build number, if available.
- A short description of what happened.
- Whether the issue happened in English, French, or both.
Privacy and local data
Luma v1 stores child profile, check-ins, custom cards, photos, and audio locally on the device. Parents can delete local app data from Settings → Privacy & Data inside the app.
Photo and microphone permissions
Luma uses the photo library only when a parent chooses an image for a custom communication card. Luma uses the microphone only when a parent records custom card audio. If you deny a permission, you can change it later in your device settings.
Beta feedback
If you are using TestFlight, please tell us about confusing wording, stressful interaction moments, translation issues, accessibility problems, crashes, permission problems, or any place where the app feels too clinical, judgmental, or distracting for a young child.
